A certificate is a compliance document created from a template with filled data. Each certificate can be attached to multiple products. For example, one "Organic Cotton T-Shirt" certificate can cover all sizes and colors of that product line.
How does the Demo tier work?
The Demo tier lets you create one masked certificate to evaluate Sustalium. Some fields are visible, others are masked. Perfect for testing before committing. Upgrade anytime to unlock the full certificate.
Can I add more certificates without upgrading?
Yes! On Pay As You Go, you can purchase additional certificates at €10/month each. Or upgrade to Starter or Growth for better value on bundles.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Starter and Growth plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged after the trial ends if you choose to continue.
What's the Custom plan for?
The Custom plan is for large organizations needing unlimited certificates, dedicated support, SLAs, and custom integrations. It requires a Master Service Agreement (MSA) — contact our sales team to discuss your needs.
Is my data GDPR compliant?
Absolutely. All data is stored in EU data centers (Belgium), encrypted at rest and in transit, with daily backups. We're fully GDPR compliant and working toward SOC 2 Type II.
